So... when the Crib does not work?

And behold, during pregnancy you prepare everything with great care, including the place where the baby will sleep!
A cute crib, a beautiful decoration, crib with nothing to be a safe place, position the camera so you can keep an eye on the baby while he sleeps, buy a cute mobile to cheer him up and distract him.
The recommendation is that until 6 months the baby sleeps in the parents' room, to reduce the risk of sudden death.
Here we shared a bed for up to 3 and a half months, safely. Always important to pay attention to this! That's what worked for me.
But during the day, during naps... there was no waking up either, the crib didn't work!
Lack of persistence on my part to keep him in the crib? Perhaps! But if being a mother is already difficult, being an expatriate mother is even more complicated, being an expatriate mother without a support network causes the survival button to be activated immediately, especially at the beginning of the puerperium, which, by the way, is surreal!
At 3 and a half months I decided that he would sleep in his crib, in his room, at night. And it worked! For a while!
Then comes a jump and runs you over, and exhausted, we go back to the shared bed! And so it was again and again. It worked one week, the next it went wrong.
Summer arrived and we all took my mattress to the floor of the baby's room, where the air conditioning is on so he can sleep better, but he wouldn't sleep there! 😵💫
This would be a temporary solution. And then came the research and looking for alternatives and ideas!
Want to know the result? Stick around to find out what worked around here!
And around how has it been? What worked for you?
A hug,
Laís
